"Labels and group labels have been and are dangerous precedents to establish. Every person, even one guilty of as heinous a crime as treason or terrorism, U.S. citizen or alien, is an individual. And every individual on the face of the earth has been “endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” along with the writ of habeas corpus, freedom from self-incirmination, presumption of innonence, and the right to a speedy and fair trial based on factual evidence. To deny that these rights of any person is to essentially deny that they are truly inalienable."
